This course will benefit anyone who is looking to improve their resilience and emotional wellbeing. All delegates complete a Resilience Questionnaire at the start and continue to learn why we react to triggers in a certain way, followed by an afternoon of learning techniques to help manage stressful situations in their personal or work life, e.g. Mindfulness, Signature Strengths and many more. In addition to these open courses Samaritans deliver the course in-house to organisations in the Commercial, Public and Charity sectors within the UK.
