We offer an online service organisations can subscribe to, providing a tailored location based hub for their employees to reduce stress, anxiety and depression in the workplace. This hub connects employees to a wide range of externally funded support delivered by the local community, NHS or government, so doesn't charge the employer.

Our confidential support hub hosts a symptom checker providing each user with a wellbeing score. Based on the individual’s location and score, the hub generates local services and events handpicked by Tlero to provide the best support for our users.

By spending around 5 minutes every day on Tlero, users increase their mental health knowledge by watching videos, listening to podcasts, and reading news and articles to build their education over time.

Our unique Suicide Prevention Trigger (SPT) detects potential suicide risks and proactively connects users to emergency services.

How does your organisation contribute to preventing suicide and supporting those affected by it?

On Tlero's hub, each individual has access to news articles, videos, podcasts around the topic of mental health. This builds the education of the user and helps break down the stigma associated with mental health difficulties.

Perhaps the main attribute of our online support hub is that it brings together all the services in the user's local area that can help improve their mental health, all in one proactive hub. This means the users do not need to reach out to the support providers to find help, they simply click 'connect' and the support provider calls the user back - proactively connecting the user to services in their local area. Our symptoms checker automatically flags up extremely low scores, and triggers our Suicide Prevention Trigger which allows them to be contacted by appropriate services to find help.
